Chef Ivan Chan was born and raised in Hong Kong and has been residing in Canada since the 1990s. His father, a successful business man and passionate traveler, brought him worldwide to experience some of the finest foods across cultures. Hong Kong is a greatly multicultural place, and food has always been embedded as an important part of his heritage.
