Overview
Sable Shortbread is a boutique bakery located in Windsor, Nova Scotia that makes delectable, all butter shortbread cookies from scratch.
Every step is done by hand and each cookie is a unique recipe. We use all natural, organic and/or local ingredients whenever possible.
Stop in to our Windsor shop to try our shortbreads, pick up some to go and to watch us create them! You can also find us in various retail shops and at the Halifax Seaport Farmers’ Market on weekends.
