Overview
The Pictou to Oxford section of the Short Line Railway Trail is a 127-km (78-mi) former rail corridor converted to trail, skirting the Northumberland Strait and passing through farms and forest. Its compacted surface is ideal for walking, cycling, OHVs, ATVs, trail motorcycles, cross-country skiing, and snowmobiling.
There are several access points to this trail.
