We are a family-run, old-school general store and restaurant on the South Shore of Nova Scotia, tucked among Hirtle’s Beach, Gaff Point Hike, the Ovens Park, and Sand Dollar Beach.

Our restaurant serves up local favourites and international fare in a cozy, familial atmosphere: breakfast, lunch, dinner, espresso, cocktails – you name it.

We are open daily, year-round for all your shopping and dining needs. Our store features everyday essentials, an NSLC, and a wide range of locally sourced products and many fun European specialties that reflect our German roots.
