Barrelling Tide Distillery is an independently owned craft distillery located on a tidal river in Nova Scotia’s beautiful Annapolis Valley. The Bay of Fundy, home of the highest tides in the world, is just minutes from the distillery. Our name comes from the rise and fall of the tides we see here twice a day. Our geographic location and climate offer a unique terroir for our barrel program.

Barrelling Tide Distillery was built on the belief of supporting local producers and quality will forever come before quantity. We hand craft all our spirits and liqueurs on site and use only the finest locally sourced ingredients. We believe in supporting our local farmers and hope you will join us in doing so this season!
