INDIVIDUAL ROOM CANCELLATION Confirmed reservations may be cancelled with a minimum of 7 days notice of your scheduled check in time for a full refund. If cancellation is requested less than 7 days from check in, full payment for your reservation is required. Early departures are subject to full payment. Same day cancellation or no-show will result in full room reservation charges, plus a cancellation fee of 5% of the reservation total. ​ GROUP AND CORPORATE ROOM CANCELLATION Confirmed group reservations of 4 or less rooms and all corporate/direct bill accounts may be cancelled with a minimum 2 weeks notice of your scheduled check in time for a full refund. Confirmed group reservations of 5 or more rooms or property buyouts may be cancelled with 3 weeks notice. If cancellation is requested less than the required notice, full payment for the reservation is required. Early departures are subject to full reservation payment. Same day cancellations or no-shows will result in full reservation charges, plus a cancellation fee of 5% of the reservation. In the event your reservation can be moved to a new date, full payment will be processed and applied to the new reservation date, supplied at the time of booking. Subsequent cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
