Opened in 2022, discover our oceanfront vacation rentals, a few fully serviced RV sites, plus additional spacious sites for tenting and dry camping, all with a seaside view and a path to the water. We welcome visitors to experience the calm and grounding that comes from the salty shores of majestic southwest Nova Scotia.

All sites are just steps across the grass to walk the shoreline or even dabble in the cool and refreshing, salty water.

Rest Ashore has a newly built Comfort Station, which is available to all guests. It has a two-piece shower room, and a separate two-piece washroom, and is located steps away from any of the sites.

Accommodation details

• 2 RVs – both with 2 bedrooms plus additional sleeping options available. Each RV has 1 queen bed with 4 single bunks, plus additional sleeping options in the living and dining areas. Bathrooms are 3-piece private and within each RV.
• The renovated 1977 Boler Mini offers a double bed, which converts to the dining table with seating for four at one end, and a couch that can convert into bunk beds at the opposite end. The living space in between is where you’ll find the kitchenette.
• The newly built glamping Acadian Dome comes complete with one queen bed, comfortable chairs and has electricity and a jug of filtered water with an electric pump inside. The dome is close the to comfort station washroom/shower facilities. There is a picnic table with umbrella and comfy chairs to relax and enjoy the view on the deck the dome is situated on. If you’re travelling super light, and need to add the use of fresh bedding and towels, be sure to add this option during the reservation stage!

Visitors staying in the accommodations have full access to the shared comfort station with its separate washroom and shower-room.

On-site activities

Guests are welcome to bring their own equipment for all available options on premises. Golf is located nearby.
