L’Auberge au Havre du Capitaine is located in Meteghan River on the Yarmouth and Acadian Shores region of Nova Scotia. Come and enjoy Acadian culture in our quaint country inn. Our property offers spectacular views of St. Mary’s Bay and gorgeous, colourful sunsets. On chilly nights, lounge in front of the fireplace and relax in our home-away-from-home atmosphere.

While staying with us, visit one of the region’s most popular sand beaches, Mavilette Beach Provincial Park, a lovely two-kilometre expanse of sand and dunes, interpretive panels, guided tours, and a bird-watching platform on the marsh. Other nearby attractions include Clare Golf and Country Club, Government Wharf and Lighthouse, Cape St. Mary, boat-building shops, the Acadian district of Clare, Smuggler’s Cove Picnic Park, Université Sainte-Anne and St. Mary’s Church.
